    Local Shipping

    We offer free collection from our print studio in Cape Town, along with national delivery options.

    International Shipping

    We are open to international purchases!

    We offer international shipping, and we kindly ask clients to contact us directly to place orders so that we can determine the shipping rates based on your delivery address.

    Will I have to pay customs taxes or import duties on my order?

    For all orders outside of South Africa, duty and customs fees may apply, and it is the responsibility of the customer to pay these charges.

    Dog Ear Editions cannot control or predict these fees, so we recommend contacting your local customs authorities for more information.

    If your order incurs import duties and taxes, these must be paid directly to your tax authority or courier before your shipment is released.

    If you do not pay these fees and the delivery is returned to us, we will need to charge you for the return postage.

    Delivery and Returns

    Prints are usually ready within 2-4 days.

    We do not accept returns or refunds at this time, and all sales are final.

    However, if your print arrives damaged, we will gladly replace it for you.
