Local Shipping

We offer free collection from our print studio in Cape Town and use The Courier Guy for all national shipments to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. Shipping times vary depending on your location. Once your order is dispatched, we’ll provide tracking details so you can follow its journey.

International Shipping

We use Jetlog Logistics for all international shipments to ensure your order reaches you safely and promptly. Shipping times may vary depending on your destination. Once your order is dispatched, we’ll provide tracking details so you can monitor its progress.

Will I have to pay customs taxes or import duties on my order?

For all orders outside of South Africa, duty and customs fees may apply, and it is the responsibility of the customer to pay these charges.

Dog Ear Editions cannot control or predict these fees, so we recommend contacting your local customs authorities for more information.

If your order incurs import duties and taxes, these must be paid directly to your tax authority or courier before your shipment is released.

If you do not pay these fees and the delivery is returned to us, we will need to charge you for the return postage.

Delivery and Returns

Prints are usually ready within 2-4 days.

We do not accept returns or refunds at this time, and all sales are final.

However, if your print arrives damaged, we will gladly replace it for you.
